These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Break Your Loops, a Women Who Dare project operated by Karine Frigon (“Break Your Loops,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using this website, its quizzes, resources, or other content, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
1. Purpose of the website
Break Your Loops provides quizzes, educational content, reflection tools, digital resources, and related materials intended to help users notice patterns, reflect on their experiences, and explore practical next steps.
Our quizzes and content are for general informational, educational, and self-reflection purposes. They are not diagnostic tools, validated psychological assessments, or substitutes for professional medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or other professional advice.
2. No professional relationship
Your use of this website does not create a doctor-patient, therapist-client, lawyer-client, financial-adviser, fiduciary, or other professional relationship with us. You remain responsible for deciding whether and how to use the information or suggestions provided through the website.
3. Quiz results and educational content
Quiz results are based on the answers you provide and on the scoring logic of the particular quiz. Results are designed as prompts for reflection, not as definitive statements about your personality, health, relationships, abilities, or future outcomes.
We do not guarantee that a quiz result, recommendation, resource, or piece of content will be accurate, complete, suitable, or useful for every person or situation.
4. Email communications
If you voluntarily provide your email address, we may use it for the purposes explained at the time of collection, such as delivering a quiz result, requested resource, or communications you have agreed to receive. Where required, you may unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe link included in those messages.
